He does a great job keeping me informed throughout the process and explaining not only what needs to be done, but why it’s necessary. He’ll offer upgrades and options, but he’s never pushy about it. Larry was super communicative and told me what to expect ahead of service time. Patrick was on site to do a thorough inspection and fix our broken doorbell. He kept me informed, provided estimates, and answered all of my questions. We now have a clear picture of our home’s electrical health and can plan for improvements. Patrick did a great job fixing our electrical issue. He and his associate were professional and knowledgeable. They suggested improvements that were not mentioned by our other subscription home maintenance service to update some of our outdated setup in our home. I will definitely call them again in the future.
