Myself, family, and friends have supported this business countless amounts of times. However, my experience on 11/8/25 around 7pm was unlike any other. This happened to my friends first time going. The food and drinks were as normal pretty good. When it came time to pay for the bill, I let the server Micheal know that I would be covering the appetizer and my friends drink and the remaining amount was spit in between tabs. Micheal returns to the table stating that I had a remaining balance to pay and my card only took off $32. I immediately check my account because I know I had enough to cover my $54 tab. There were two charges, one for $65 then another one for the $32. I showed Micheal and he gets his manger. The manger doesn’t come to the table he immediately goes to the register. Micheal comes to the table and asks for my card again, and I ask him why? And he says he doesn’t know what’s going on. The manger then comes to the table and says “At the end of the night our register doesn’t show any charge but the $32.” I show him my bank statement with both charges. He states the same thing again and then goes back to the register. My bank account changes now and the $65 charge is gone but he charged my card again for $38. He comes back to the table again stating the same thing. “The register only is showing the $32 charge.” I show him my account with the new charge, but he was still very dismissive. We ask him to write down his information and we would like to speak with the owner. In the meantime the server Micheal asks us what’s going on, I tell him that he messed up and he should just be honest about it. He states that “this isn’t his company and he doesn’t care”. He comes back to the table numerous times to apologize and how this has never happened before.
The manger, Hank comes back with barely legible writing of this name and the store number. The same phone number posted on the receipt. He calls the owner Jd McGrath
on his personal phone and proceeds to tell me I can dispute the charges with my bank and it’s the banks issue.
My friend asks multiple times how can this be rectified being that she cannot get a complete refund right now. He stated we could get 10% off when we come back, but he couldn’t do it until we came back.
Why would I ever go back there. It horrible experience, I will never return to this establishment. I would not recommend anybody to go.
In the end a $54 dollar dinner turned into $100.
Update in response to Craft 60 11/10/25:
The fact that if this is the owner JD McGrath you can respond on a google review on Monday but you couldn’t speak to me on Saturday via your store mangers phone shows that the “accountability” in your response is only for your businesses image.
Craft 60 made a total of 4 charges to my card. 3 charges on Saturday and 1 charge on Sunday. Charges that I did not authorize.
Your management didn’t gather any information, he came to the table after he charged my card again and stated “At the end of the day, we only see this $32 charge in our system”.
Everybody is out here struggling and if someone is willing to spend their money with you the least you can do is make sure it’s the correct amount and if you mess up be honest about it from the start not 2 days later. My money should have been given back immediately!!!!
I don’t recommend this business to anyone. Mostly definitely don’t use your card here.

My friend and I went here recently for dinner. I had been to the old location several times, but this was my first visit to the new one. The restaurant is set up kind of strange, with no windows from what I saw, and it wasn't busy at all. The spinach artichoke dip was just average. It was very heavy on the cream cheese and not warm at all. The burger was juicy and cooked well, but the fries were a little salty. Overall, it was just an okay experience.

I visited this spot to catch up with an old friend. We were out for drinks and apps so it seemed to be a fitting stop and we were right.
To be clear, the only reason I'm not eating this higher than 4 stars is because I don't think I samples enough to be able to make that judgement. We had a few apps, an in house ale and burgers and it was all great! I have zero complaints about the food.
The service was great too. We sat at the bar and our bartender was very friendly and professional.
All in all, I'm looking forward to going back and hopefully upping this review to 5 stars.

We met here for a girl's night dinner. The burger was very good but the risotto was extremely bland. The Philly cheese steak and fries were as expected with very large portions. The fish tacos were said to be good . The seared tuna salad didn't have the toppings jn the description like the oranges, but the tuna was cooked perfectly. We ordered dessert, and the keylime pie was disappointing. It had an almost grainy texture with a soggy crust. No one wanted a second bite. The corn and crab chowder had mostly potatoes, and the fried cheese curds were good, while we ate them but hurt our stomach minutes after.

Good food. Nice atmosphere. You can sit near the bar, in booths further back or outdoors. We sat in the booths. The service was also excellent. My husband gad the jam burger. Was cooked perfectly. We were happy with our portion sizes. The drinks were decent, would have preferred less ice.
Overall we were happy with our experience and food and will likely come back another time.
