Love District 41! It’s a sports lounge that actually celebrates our local Athletes high school, to college to Professional sports achievements. They have amazing deals weekly so it’s my go to for lunch. The wait staff is top tier and very courteous.
They often give back to the community and support community engaging events. The owners are approachable and from the City so the unique culture of Newport News is felt throughout the establishment. We were able to host our Community Safety program launch event there with a special menu curated just for us. And they pulled up on us and provided a discounted menu for our neighborhood engagement events.
Did I mention they have meal deals weekly! It’s hard getting items (especially alcoholic beverages) priced at $5-$10. I hope for continued success and support for this establishment.

I want to shout out Dionne the bartender!
She is absolutely amazing and made myself and my family feel welcomed!
Extensive knowledge on HH as I didn’t know what I wanted to get.
She was patient with my kids as they were trying to decide what they wanted also.
Not to mention I didn’t have to ask for a refill everything was on point.
The mambo Wings, loaded fries, and Mozz sticks (the best Mozz sticks around) were extremely delicious.
The chicken tenders had just enough breading and tasted just like tour parents used to make( I swear they use the same breading my dad uses)
The burger also filled with flavor and definitely can taste the grill!!
I did not like the Mac and cheese but lol, I don’t like anyone Max and cheese except my mother in law and my family... however the kids loved it

This would be my first time of course at this location and it was okay. I came during happy hour which wasn’t bad at all because it was not packed but it did take a while for me to get my food. I wasn’t impressed with the wing flavors that they had to offer and I tried every single flavor. None of the flavors were really original to me. Just as an fyi, do not order anything you are not familiar with because if you do not like it you still have to pay for it. So just keep that in mind when coming to this location.

This was my first time at this establishment, and while I appreciated the DJ and the waitress, this places poor business practices will prevent me from coming here again. I paid for an espresso martini, that was poorly made, and was see through. After one sip, I asked for a replacement or refund, and the manager refused, despite their poor quality drink. I was offered a “free” bud light as an exchange , which is $9 cheaper, but was still charged for the espresso martini. Following that, my party of 4 was given our checks with the tip included, which is not explained on the handheld device that is used to pay, nor the drink menu or $10 food menu that we were given. The automatic gratuity is only explicitly shown on the receipt that I asked for after paying and tipping. While our waitress was great, the management’s processes were subpar, preventing any further visits from any of my party.

This is the place to be. The food is amazing. I started coming here a month ago and this is my go to for lunch. I haven’t been at night yet but i follow them on insta and they be lit. The atmosphere is mellow and music is off the chart. The two best bartenders in my opinion is KENNY and JALISA. They are knowledgeable and have you walking out lit even at 12 in the afternoon lol. So stop waiting and come out show some love.
